Pursuant to Chapter 427, Statutes of Nevada 2007 (Senate Bill 301 of the 74th Session of the Nevada Legislature), the Colorado River Commission of Nevada transferred to Clark County all land held, controlled, or administered by the Commission on behalf of the State under the Fort Mohave Development Law and the State money in the Fort Mohave Development Account in the State Treasury to the County Treasurer of Clark County.
